The Reconciliation Bill is over 800 pages. Each day aspects of this changes. It is impossible, even with fully committed staff, to read it. So I’ll summarize some aspects for you:
2nd District will have 13,700 people cancelled by Hoosier Healthwise, as well as 14,180 citizens removed from Medicaid after midterms in 2026.
* 27,880 Hoosiers affected by this cruelty!
3rd District will have 13,300 folks removed from Hoosier Healthwise, as well as 13,700 citizens from Medicaid after Midterms in 2026.
In the state of Indiana over 250,000 people will be without necessary medical coverage, the responsibility will be on the families or communities.
Nearly 10 rural hospitals will close their doors. Imagine how many hospitals across the nation will close without the Medicaid support they function under! Farmers and rural residents deserve proper healthcare in this nation as much as urban dwellers.
Across our country 11.8 million will lose the SNAP food assistance. Meals on Wheels is in jeopardy.
Why are our senators, Banks and Young, determined to hurt us in this beautiful state and fellow citizens across the country?
You can call the senators daily requesting they protect the services which care for the young, the old, the disabled. Many of these citizens do not have a voice, you can be their voice!
