Rebecca S. Johnson, 60, of Syracuse, and formally of Fort Wayne, died April 16, 2011, in Dupont Hospital. She was born Aug. 20, 1950, in Fort Wayne, to Gene H. and Alice J. Carey, who preceded her in death. She was a purchasing agent for Kinro Inc. Surviving are two brothers, Michael (and spouse Jeanette) Carey, Monroeville, and Steven (and spouse Annette Marie) Carey, Fort Wayne; and four sisters, Sharon (and spouse Rick) Faurote, Annette Carey and Anita (and spouse Mark) Edwards, all of Fort Wayne, and Theresa (and spouse Mike) Clausen, South Whitley. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Klaehn, Fahl and Melton, Winchester Road Chapel, Fort Wayne. Burial will be in Lindenwood Cemetery.
