Reading List on Secession

This is the fourth part of my letter on the subject of secession. The previous three parts of my letter were printed in earlier editions of the Times-Union. Those letters listed 36 sources of information that can be found at the Warsaw Public Library and other libraries in the county or through Amazon.com and a definition of secession. This letter will include examples of secession throughout history and the remainder of the booklist that I have compiled.

16. Second Southern China Rebellion (1916) - southern province of Yunnan declares independence from the military dictatorship of Yuan Shikai and is quickly joined by "several other provinces"
