Espinoza, 45, of 1751 Jenny Lane, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $750. • 11:32 a.m. Friday — Michael Daniel Adams, 36, of 4175 N. CR 600E, Van Buren, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $268.
Personal Injury Accident • 6:07 a.m. Friday – Intersection of West CR 900S and South CR 675W, Silver Lake. Car went off road, ran through fence and into woods. Driver: Louis M. Mediano, 37, Walnut Street, Mentone. Injuries: Mediano suffered minor bleeding to his head and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
Property Damage Accident • 5:32 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Anchorage Road and Detroit Street, Warsaw. Driver: Julie Martinez, 29, Woodland Trail, Warsaw; Ryan Craft, 34, Woodland Trail, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
