The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 12:58 p.m. Thursday - Mandy Marie Schultz, 38, of 409 W. Winona Ave., Apt. C, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:08 p.m. Thursday - Constance Jones, 46, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony and failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 3:14 p.m. Thursday - Linzi Machel Irwin, 32, Anderson, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 5:13 p.m. Thursday - Timothy Leigh Bowen Jr., 28, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #87, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a narcotic, possession of meth, possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, possession of a narcotic less than 5 grams and with an enhancement and possession of meth less than 5 grams and with an enhancement. Bond: $10,000.

• 5:10 p.m. Thursday - Ashlee Denae Brown, 30, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #87, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 5:48 p.m. Thursday - Jacob Isaiah Craft, 25, of 7647 W. Swick Road, Claypool, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $600.

• 6:46 p.m. Thursday - Tanner Logan Garris, 29, of 2032 W. CR 1200S, Silver Lake, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $1,000.

• 2:34 a.m. today - Bayley Michael McDaniel, 18, Laketon, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.

• 2:34 a.m. today - Travis Ray Howard, 18, of 2310 E. CR 1100N, North Manchester, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.



Personal Injury Accidents

• 5:39 a.m. Wednesday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and Center Street, Warsaw. Three-car collision. Drivers: Rebecca L. Ramsey, 75, Fort Wayne; Carrye E. Boggs, 37, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw; James M. Craig, 25, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw. Injuries: Alyssandra Gunter, 16, Fort Wayne, a passenger in Ramsey’s car, was bleeding from the face and nose; Rebecca Gunter, 22, Fort Wayne, a passenger in Ramsey’s car, complained of pain; Boggs complained of pain; Patty VanNess, 66, Heron Boulevard, Warsaw, a passenger in Boggs’ car, complained of pain. All the injured were taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:53 p.m. Wednesday - East CR 700N, 100 feet west of North CR 200E, Leesburg. SUV went off road, down into ditch, hit a fence belonging to James W. Moneyheffer, North CR 200W, Warsaw, and overturned landing on its side. Driver: Shane A. Timmons, 31, North Harrison Street, Syracuse. Injury: Timmons complained of pain to the back and was taken to KCH. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 9:38 a.m. Wednesday - A man was arrested on a warrant in the 700 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:31 p.m. Wednesday - An employee of Tippecanoe Valley School Corp. reported students vaping on the school bus in the 8400 block of South Ind. 19, Akron. KCSD.

• 10:46 p.m. Wednesday - A natural death was investigated in the 4400 block of North Maple Way, Leesburg. KCSD.

• 9:38 a.m. Thursday - An employee of Warsaw Parks Department reported finding a vehicle registration in the 100 block of East Canal Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:09 a.m. Thursday - A man reported his pontoon trailer was stolen in the 100 block of EMS T33B Lane, Leesburg. Value: $2,000. KCSD.

• 4:05 p.m. Thursday - A traffic stop occurred in the 1100 block of West Lake Street, Warsaw. A man and woman were arrested on drug charges, and the man was arrested for carrying a handgun without a license. WPD.

• 8:53 p.m. Thursday - A traffic stop occurred in the 300 block of East Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.
