The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail.
• 12:38 a.m. Friday – Adrias Jamison Barnes, 24, of 1202 Wooster Road, #78, Winona Lake, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.
• 4:38 p.m. Friday – Anne Marie Peel, 38, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, Lot 99, Pierceton, arrested on a warrant and a civil warrant. Bond: $500.

4 p.m. Thursday – Report of a dog bite in the 300 block of South Columbia Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
