• 4:39 p.m. Thursday - Bradley Allen Trostle, 33, homeless, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $5,250.
• 7:55 p.m. Thursday - Skyler Dean Warren, 24, Bremen, arrested for failure to stop after an accident, possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol content between .08 to .15 with a prior, and wanted on a warrant for an Indiana agency. Bond: $10,250.
• 8:24 p.m. Thursday - Matthew Dillan Mahaska, 25, of 4961 S. Mallard, #1, Mentone, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $711.50.
• 10:11 p.m. Thursday - Elizabeth Ann Goble, 53, of 920 Anchorage Road, #89, Warsaw, arrested for false informing and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $5,750.
• 11:31 p.m. Thursday - Skyler Blake Kuta, 22, of 9122 N. CR 500E, Syracuse, arrested for failure to stop after an accident resulting in a death. Bond: $10,250.
• 1:41 a.m. today - Shanice Lanae Logan, 27, of 408 E. Ninth St., North Manchester, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.
• 2:34 a.m. today - Brent Steven Sherow, 27, of 1 EMS B61A Lane, #5, Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement with use of a vehicle, dealing meth 1 to 5 grams, possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor, driving while suspended with a prior, reckless driving and wanted on a warrant for an Indiana agency. Bond: $5,250.
Personal Injury Accident
• 1:58 a.m. Thursday - East U.S. 30, 30 feet north of East CR 250S, Pierceton. Car went off south side of U.S. 30, overcorrected, went off north side of the road and continued through a grassy area, where it rolled several times and went over East CR 250S, coming to a rest on the west side of the road; driver was ejected from the car. Driver: Christopher J. Pezan, 23, East CR 900N, Syracuse, was pronounced dead at the scene. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 6:08 p.m. Wednesday - North East Street, 65 feet south of East Smith Street, Milford. Car hit parked car registered to Michael L. Mills, EMS B31 Lane, Warsaw. Driver: Robert M. McKay, 59, East Smith Street, Milford. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 6:12 p.m. Wednesday - 1200 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Car hit northeast side of Meijer gas station, 1200 Lake City Highway, Warsaw, causing a wall panel to be pushed inside the store. Driver: Steven S. Tripp, 48, West Van Buren Street, Leesburg. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 6:15 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of U.S. 30 and East CR 200N, Warsaw. Car-semi-tractor trailer collision. Drivers: Misael E. Gonzalez De Los Santos, 19, West Old 30, Warsaw; Solomon L. Peals, 45, Elkhart. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.
• 7:45 a.m. Thursday - North CR 700W, 2,500 feet north of West CR 400N, Atwood. Car hit deer. Driver: Susan R. Frain, 63, Topeka. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 11:03 a.m. Thursday - East Winona Avenue, 200 feet west of South Wood Street, Warsaw. Two-pickup collision. Drivers: Larry E. Buckmaster, 78, South Bend; Randy A. McKean, 55, Waterloo. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
• 2:24 p.m. Thursday - Ind. 15, 650 feet north of Lyon Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Tabitha S. Dove, 21, North Park Avenue, Warsaw; Darold L. Bryan, 71, Country Club Drive South, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
• 3:27 p.m. Thursday - South Packerton Road, 800 feet south of East CR 400S, Warsaw. Pickup went off road and hit a tree. Driver: Terry L. Lynch, 77, North CR 300E, Leesburg. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.
• 6:51 a.m. today - South Buffalo Street, 336 feet south of Prairie Street, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Kaylee E. Patton, 17, North Santorini Drive, Warsaw; Katrina L. Mills, 26, South CR 900E, Akron. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 9:05 p.m. Wednesday - A person was cited for reckless driving and speeding in the 1200 block of Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
• 10:49 p.m. Wednesday - A person in the 400 block of Clinic Court, Warsaw, was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. WPD.
• 11:02 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested in the 700 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw, for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. WLPD.
• 4:14 a.m. Thursday - A traffic stop was made in the 800 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw, and a person was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior and on a warrant for an Indiana agency. WPD.
• 3:12 p.m. Thursday - A suspicious man was identified and arrested on a warrant in the 500 block of Clinic Court, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:55 p.m. Thursday - A person in the 300 block of South Columbia Street, Warsaw, turned in counterfeit money. WPD.
• 6:44 p.m. Thursday - A person reported damage to a vehicle in the 100 block of EMS W26 Lane, North Webster. Damage: $100. KCSD.
• 8 p.m. Thursday - A juvenile was detained for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, resisting law enforcement and battery on law enforcement in the 100 block of South Hunters Ridge, Warsaw. WLPD.

• 10:31 p.m. Thursday - A man in the 4200 block of East CR 450N, Leesburg, reported a burglary to a residence and two televisions were taken. Value: $225. KCSD.
