• 12:11 a.m. Saturday - Ty Ronald Shepler, 49, of 2136 S. Julian Drive, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.
• 12:32 a.m. Saturday - Katelyn Mary-Michelle Avery, 20, of 3762 E. Old 30, lot 8E, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence with a blood alcohol concentration of at least .15, and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $700.
• 7:40 p.m. Saturday - Ryan Michael Kennelly, 31, of 50 EMS D24B Lane, Syracuse, arrested for possession of a syringe for a legend drug. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:33 p.m. Saturday - Devon Pete Poe, 30, homeless, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.
• 10:16 a.m. Sunday - Dustin Mikel Davis, 21, of 640 Deerfield Path, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge felony. No bond set.
• 12:20 p.m. Sunday - Christopher Charles Castle, 30, of 820 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond set.
• 7:11 p.m. Sunday - Charles Lester Skinner, 38, Goshen, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $203.
Personal Injury Accident
• 6:08 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of North Ind. 15 and East CR 250N, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Ruby L. Sheets, 72, Jonesboro; Elanna Moeller, 39, North Blue Heron Drive, Warsaw; Jessica R. Kauffman, 20, Huntington. Injuries: Sheets complained of pain to the chest; Denise E. Goodpasteur, 66, Marion, a passenger in Sheets’ car, complained of pain to the neck; both were taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital by ambulance. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 1:24 p.m. Saturday - A sexual battery was reported in the 2400 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:36 p.m. Saturday - A parking complaint in the 900 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, resulted in a person being arrested for possession of paraphernalia and driving while suspended with a prior. WPD.
