County Jail Bookings

 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail.

•12:34 a.m. Tuesday – Jeremy Scott Dingman, 44, South Bend,  arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $600.

•9:58 a.m. Tuesday – Jacobey James Bert Jones, 23, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of marijuana. No bond set.

•2:37 p.m. Tuesday – Britney Liana Shatzer, 32, Mishawaka, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

•2:37 p.m. Tuesday – Ashley Nicole Wolf, 20, of 201 N. Franklin St., Mentone, arrested for possession of meth and possession of a narcotic. Bond: $10,500.

•2:56 p.m. Tuesday – Ryan Nichol Dean. 22 of 3829 W. CR 100S., #4, Warsaw, arrested for driving without a licence. Bond: $300.

•3:10 p.m. Tuesday – Nigel Dean Rowe, 41, Plymouth, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $25,000.

•11:07 p.m. Tuesday – Jered Cain Yeazel, 32, Rochester, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

•11:23 p.m. Tuesday – Randall Owen Yeazel, 62, Rochester, arrested for driving while classified a habitual traffic violater. Bond: $10,250.



Property Damage Accidents

• 6:58 a,m. Tuesday – Intersection of Ind. 15 and Lyon Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Clayton Harshman.  CR 300S. Akron; Harlan Merchant, 67, Southwood Drive. Warsaw. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

•1 p.m. Tuesday – 2251 Dubois Drive, Warsaw. Hit-skip on parked vehicle registered to Penguin Point. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

•2:47 p.m. Tuesday – 1601 W. Lake St., Warsaw. Car hit utility pole. Driver: James Taylor, 37, Pike Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

•7:45 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East Armstrong Road and CR 400E, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Charles Morrison 77, EMS T16 Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko Sheriff Department investigated. 



Incidents 

•12:43 a.m. Tuesday – Police  responded to a report of a violation of a restraining order in the 100 block of Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD. 

•6:26 a.m. Tuesday – A person reported a wallet and items stolen out of a vehicle in the 900 block of Provident Drive, Warsaw WPD.
