Bond: $600. • 5:22 p.m. Tuesday – Kenyan C. Bennett, 18, of 754 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500. • 9:28 p.m. Tuesday – Marcellius Taylor, 18, Fort Wayne, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana. Bond: $700. • 9:35 p.m. Tuesday – Harold J. Hymer, 57, of 6285 E. CR 1050N, Syracuse, arrested for failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $600. • 11:53 p.m. Tuesday – Brandy Lynn Ross, 39, of 6706 N. CR 500E, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set. • 2:59 a.m. today – Jason Lee Busz, 35, of 316 S. Wuchter, 66, Roosevelt Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated. • 6:29 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of South Country Club Road and East Lynwood Drive, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Jeffrey P. Dickerson, 65, Talley Ho Circle, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
