• 5:38 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of East U.S. 30 and South Ind. 13, Pierceton. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Rusty W. Carlson, 25, Jim Thorpe, Pa.; Jasmin C. Maldonado-Mendoza, 21, Dot Street, Warsaw. Injury: An infant, Salvador Silvestre, Dot Street, Warsaw, in Maldonado-Mendoza’s SUV was checked by medics at the scene. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. • 6:51 p.m. Saturday - West Jefferson Street, 870 feet west of South Union Street, Warsaw. Car hit pedestrian. Driver: Nancy J. Prater, 56, West Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Injury: Pedestrian Andrea R. Madosh, 40, West Jefferson Street, Warsaw, complained of pain to the abdomen and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: Under $750. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 10:50 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of East Center Street and North Park Avenue, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Brandon J. Miller, 30, Hoagland; Alicia A. Gallo, 50, Fort Wayne. Injuries: Gallo complained of back pain; a passenger in Gallo’s pickup, Alejandro Zavaleta, 51, Fort Wayne, complained of back pain; both refused medical treatment on scene. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. • 3:05 p.m. Monday - Intersection of East Market and South Indiana streets, Warsaw. Van-mo-ped collision. Drivers: Cheryl L. Wise, 49, North Columbia Street, Warsaw; Robbie G. Ankrom, 50, South Ind. 15, Claypool. Injury: Ankrom had a cut to his right elbow and was bleeding, but refused medical treatment at the scene. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 5:31 p.m. Saturday - A person reported an elderly mentally handicapped woman was in a home in the 5800 block of South East Channel Road, Warsaw, with no power, food or water. KCSD.
• 7:10 p.m. Saturday - During a traffic stop in the 700 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, the driver was arrested for operating a motor vehicle never having had a license. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
