The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 7:56 p.m. Sunday - Tyler Hansen Schmidt, 26, Elkhart, arrested for possession of marijuana - misdemeanor, possession of a controlled substance and on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond set.

• 12:05 p.m. Monday - Mariah Nell Smead, 21, Fort Wayne, arrested for fraud. Bond: $3,750.

• 12:45 p.m. Monday - Tracy Lee Julian, 47, of 517 Gilliam Ave., Warsaw, arrested on two counts of probation violation - felony, failure to appear - felony and probation violation - misdemeanor. No bond set.

• 1:46 p.m. Monday - Derrick James Carlson, 25, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #143, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 2:27 p.m. Monday - Keith Alan Brown, 61, of 824 E. CR 800S, Claypool, arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon. Bond: $10,250.

• 3:39 p.m. Monday - Jenette Leah Harner, 27, of 8896 S. Hill Drive, Silver Lake, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

• 5:27 p.m. Monday - Justin Gregory Thompson, 33, of 3050 E. CR 350S, Pierceton, arrested for possession of meth - enhanced and less than 5 grams. No bond listed.

• 5:42 p.m. Monday - Christina Marie Miller, 39, of 1046 E. CR 300N, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $727.

• 6:47 p.m. Monday - Shane Richard Taylor, 59, of 13606 N. HIllside Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $500.

• 7:30 p.m. Monday - Esteban Palos, 23, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #136, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle on a restricted license. Bond: $450.

• 9:29 p.m. Monday - Jerry William Baker, 53, Fort Wayne, arrested for battery. Bond: $600.

• 10:56 p.m. Monday - Marcus Matthew Neer, 43, of 506 Frazier St., Apt. A, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant for an Indiana agency. No bond listed.

• 11:25 p.m. Monday - Ephraim William Lloyd, 36, of 5849 W. Channel Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor, possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and false informing. Bond: $600.

• 11:46 p.m. Monday - Randall James Smith, 38, of 2394 S. Lake Sharon Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior, possession of marijuana - misdemeanor and possession of paraphernalia - misdemeanor. Bond: $500.

• 12:57 a.m. today - Nathan Paul Oglesbee, 30, of 321 W. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.

Personal Injury Accidents

• 3:03 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of North CR 400E and East CR 200N, Warsaw. Car-pickup collision. Drivers: Tyler A. Lafontaine, 19, Decatur; Jonathon M. Bennett, 31, North CR 400E, Warsaw. Injuries: Molly M. Ellenberger, 18, Decatur, a passenger in Lafontaine’s car, complained of pain to the neck and was taken to the hospital; the parents of a small child in Lafontaine’s car were going to seek a medical evaluation for the child. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 3:09 p.m. Saturday - Intersection of West U.S. 30 and North CR 500W, Atwood. Two-pickup collision. Drivers: Leslie A. Patrick, 38, South Walnut Drive, North Webster; Ronald L. Swihart, 65, West CR 550N, Rochester. Injuries: Patrick complained of back pain and was taken to Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne by air ambulance; Swihart complained of back pain and was taken to a hospital; Kevin L. Hobbs, South Scott Road, Claypool, a passenger in Patrick’s pickup, complained of back pain and was taken to a hospital. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSD.

• 7:58 a.m. Monday - Intersection of Pierceton Road and CR 250E, Winona Lake. Car-motorcycle collision. Drivers: Sarah K. Chappell, 21, East CR 225S, Winona Lake; Nolan R. Haines, 22, East Keith Street, Pierceton. Injury: Haines had a fracture to a wrist and possibly to a leg. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 5:20 p.m. Monday - Intersection of South Hand and West Winona avenues, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Katherine L. Scott, 32, South Scott Road, Claypool; Tabitha L. Gabbard, 35, West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Injuries: Gabbard and two passengers in her vehicle, Trinity Marsillett, 14, West Winona Avenue, Warsaw, and Sierra M. Marsillett, 16, West Winona Avenue, Warsaw, all complained of neck pain but refused medical treatment at the scene. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 9:31 a.m. Saturday - 3605 Commerce Drive, Warsaw. SUV hit four parked vehicles registered to Lee Restoration, East Winona Avenue, Warsaw; Margaret W. Warren, West Maple Lane, Claypool; Clinton J. Whitney, South Country Club Road, Warsaw; and America’s Service Line, Green Bay, Wis.; and a fence belonging to Richards Restaurant, Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Frank J. Stone, 95, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. WPD.

• 4:37 a.m. Sunday - Intersection of West CR 600N and North Old 15, Leesburg. Car went off road and became stuck on railroad tracks. Driver: Andrew J. Chavez, 22, East Market Street, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSD.

• 10:37 a.m. Sunday - South Ind. 13, 80 feet north of East U.S. 30, Pierceton. Two-SUV collision.Drivers: Joseph L. Sunday, 48, EMS T13 Lane, Leesburg; Joshua D. Stidd, 33, McCordsville. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 12:46 p.m. Sunday - 700 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Kaylyn R. Pettit, 17, East Rock A Bye Road, Cromwell; Levi R. Farris, 71, Brooksville, Fla.. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 8:16 a.m. Monday - East U.S. 30, 30 feet east of North Parker Street. SUV hit deer. Driver: Glenda L. Stephens, 84, Ligonier. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 2:01 p.m. Saturday - While officers were performing a stand-by in the 400 block of West First Street, Milford, a person was found sleeping in the residence. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 8:01 p.m. Saturday - A traffic stop occurred in the 2800 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw, and a person was cited for driving while suspended with a prior. WPD.

• 11:39 p.m. Saturday - An incident of intimidation was reported in the 1200 block of Wooster Road, Winona Lake. WLPD.

• 4:37 a.m. Sunday - A report of a vehicle stuck on the railroad tracks in the 100 block of North Old Ind. 15, Warsaw, resulted in the driver being arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. KCSD.

• 2:17 p.m. Sunday - A possible hit-skip accident in the 4200 block of North Sullivan Road, Leesburg, was reported. KCSD.

• 2:23 p.m. Sunday - A man was found to be intoxicated in public in the 500 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:38 a.m. Monday - A suspicious person was reported in the 100 block of East North Street, Silver Lake. Silver Lake Police Department investigated.

• 5:52 a.m. Monday - A person was cited for driving without ever having a license in the 100 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:59 a.m. Monday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 500 block of East Clark Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:09 p.m. Monday - A stolen license plate was reported in the 1100 block of Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Value: $65. KCSD.
