• 2:24 a.m. Tuesday - Aaron Kaylan Case, 22, of 221 S. High St., Apt. 6F, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia with a prior, possession of a controlled substance and on a warrant for an Indiana agency. Bond: $5,250.
• 10:27 a.m. Tuesday - Tony Byron Slone, 37, of 2824 Ind. 15S, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.
• 10:47 a.m. Tuesday - James Lee Koser, 23, of 501 Oldfather St., Warsaw, arrested on two counts of probation violation - misdemeanor and failure to pay. No bond set.
• 11:37 a.m. Tuesday - Ashley Nicole Hughes, 35, of 1396 W. CR 800S, Claypool, arrested on three counts of failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor and on two warrants in civil matters. Bond: $5,427.90.
• 11:44 a.m. Tuesday - Patrick David Wessels, 29, Indianapolis, arrested for fraud. Bond: $7,000.
• 12:54 p.m. Tuesday - Travis Ray Osbun, 39, of 207 E. Pittsburgh St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to pay and failure to appear - original charge misdemeanor. Bond: $476.50.
• 2:48 p.m. Tuesday - Andi James Stroup, 45, of 1501 Maye St., Warsaw, arrested for check deception. Bond: $173.
• 5:41 p.m. Tuesday - Shasta Nichole Clay, 32, of 302 E. Sycamore St., Silver Lake, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $657.
• 3:15 a.m. today - Brent Steven Sherow, 27, of 1 EMS B61A Lane, lot 5, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $396.50.
Personal Injury Accidents
• 2:06 p.m. Tuesday - South Ind. 25, 1,500 feet south of West CR 250S, Warsaw. Pickup went into the curve too fast, was oversteered, went sideways, left the west side of the road and rolled onto the driver’s side, down a deep embankment and hit a tree. Driver: Andrew N. Bennett, 35, North Tucker Street, Mentone. Injuries: Bennett had minor cuts to the elbow and lower arm; Madison L. Kreamer-Bennett, a passenger in the pickup, complained of pain to the neck and back; both were taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital by ambulance. Bennett reported he did not have insurance on the vehicle. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 5:59 p.m. Tuesday - South CR 700W, 750 feet west of West CR 700S, Claypool. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: Charles F. Greer, 24, South Yellow View Lane, Claypool; Jennifer L. Witham, 35, West Section Street, Milford. Injury: Witham reported an injury to her chest. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 4:22 p.m. Monday - Intersection of West CR 100S and South CR 550W, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Yatziry Fuentes Lopez, 20, Robin Drive, Warsaw; Victoria Baumgartner, 60, East CR 225S, Winona Lake. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.
• 6:27 a.m. Tuesday - North Fort Wayne Avenue, 90 feet south of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Unknown vehicle hit parked car registered to Michelle R. Adkison, North Fort Wayne Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $750-$1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 5:20 p.m. Tuesday - Ind. 15, 300 feet north of Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Adric K. Pyle, 25, West Ind. 25, Mentone; Jack E. Wilhite, 63, Fisher Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 6:06 p.m. Monday - A woman in the 1400 block of North CR 875W, Etna Green, reported an attempted fraud. KCSD.
• 10:01 p.m. Monday - A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 300 block of East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. A person was arrested for impersonating law enforcement. KCSD.
• 11:57 a.m. Tuesday - A woman in the 100 block of South James Street, Milford, reported a wallet missing containing some identification. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 1:06 p.m. Tuesday - Officers took a trespassing report in the 300 block of North Indiana Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:03 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested on a warrant in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 7:38 p.m. Tuesday - Threats of suicide were reported in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:45 p.m. Tuesday - An unwanted person was reported in the 2300 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
