Bond: $1,192. n 12:47 p.m. Friday – John Samuel Rice, 18, of 2620 Wildwood Lane, Winona Lake, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $400. n 1:18 p.m. Friday – Aaron Daniel Banks, 35, of 6630 N. 3rd Trail, North Webster, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500. n 1:41 p.m. Friday – John Calvin Robinson, 35, Fort Wayne, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $15,000. n 2:48 p.m. Friday – Noma Jean McPeak, 42, of 5562 W. Prater, 26, Anchorage Road, Warsaw; Julian Smith, 18, EMS C 28G Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated. n 2:50 p.m. Friday – Intersection of CRs East 300N and 775E, Syracuse. Car hit utility pole. Driver: Jack D. Cowan, 42, Ogden Point Road, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
