The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 3:10 a.m. Monday – James Robert Grindle, 42, of 1203-1/2 Smith St., Warsaw, arrested for nonsupport of a dependent. No bond set.
• 12:20 p.m. Monday – Myk Allen Jones, 21, of 11830 N. Acorn Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 4:04 p.m. Monday – Cole Robert Fatchett, 26, of 711 Ross Ave., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 9:50 p.m. Monday – Timothy Tom Thomas, 33, of 323 EMS T26 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.
• 11:42 p,m. Monday – Daniel Velazquez, 27, of 409 E. Armstrong Road, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without a license. Bond: $500.
Property Damage Accidents
• 8:28 a.m Monday – 500 Wexford Place, Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle registered to Felicia Cleto, Wexford Place,?Warsaw. Driver: Christina Beliles, 18, Wexford Place, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:02 p.m. Monday – Police responded to a person making suicide threats in the 1500 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
