• 10:29 a.m. Friday – Lauren Mykal Patterson, 23, of 12600 Ind. 13, #30, North Manchester, arrested on two counts of failure to appear and probation violation. Bond: $607.
• 10:41 a.m. Friday – Rebecca Sue Phillips, 48, of 5987 W. Decoy Road, Mentone, arrested for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle with damage. Bond: $600.
• 10:41 a.m. Friday – Trevor James Wharton, 26, of 512 Lura Circle, Milford, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $183.50.
• 1:26 p.m. Friday – Trey Darnell Bradley, 19, of 215 S. Scott St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and residential entry. Bond: $10,750.
• 4 p.m. Friday – Joshua Allen Bammel, 35, of 3451 W. 100 Ind. 15, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. No bond set.
• 4:16 p.m. Friday – Brandon Isaac Daniel Cory, 19, of 106 E. Section St., Claypool, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. No bond set.
Personal Injury Accident
• 4:56 a.m. Friday – Intersection of East Armstrong Road and CR 75E, Leesburg. Single-vehicle accident. Driver: Floyd Smither, 38, Oak Glen Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Smither complained of pain elbow. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
Property Damage Accident
• 9:16 a.m. Friday – Intersection of East Hatchery Road and North Bayshore Drive, Warsaw. Single-vehicle accident. Driver: Marcus Boyer, 19, Circle Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
