• 4:50 p.m. Friday – Marissa Michelle Billings, 28, of 3762 W. U.S. 30, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 4:06 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of East Center Street and Frontage Road, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Dolores A. Klawitter, 80, North Creek Bend Lane, Milford; Ashley N. Garcia, 30, Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
