• 10:42 a.m. Friday – Stephanie Sue Lamb, 51, of Walkers Ridge, Warsaw, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $9,895.06.
• 12:16 p.m. Friday – Jack Lee Slater, 59, of 4223 E. CR 450N, Leesburg, arrested for incest. Bond: $100,250.
• 12:36 p.m. Friday – Whitney Lee Patterson, 30, of 504 Mill St., Syracuse, arrested on three counts of failure to appear. Bond: $827.58.

• 12:46 a.m. Friday – Intersection of Ind. 13 and CR 1120N, Syracuse. Driver fell asleep at the wheel and hit a ditch. Driver: Ryan Haynes, 33, Ind. 13, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.
• 4:50 a.m. Friday – Intersection of South Country Club Drive and Winona Beach Drive, Warsaw. Car hit tree that had fallen in the road. Driver: Larry Swick, 57, Palestine First Street, Mentone.?Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 7:08 a.m. Friday – Intersection of Parent and Petro drives, Warsaw. Hit-skip. Driver remaining: Thomas Southall, 61, Arlington Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 1:50 p.m. Friday – Intersection of Detroit Street and CR 350W, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision.?Drivers: Joshua Drown, 30, Wabash; Gregory Bowser, 69, Emeline Street. Milford. Bond: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
