n 7:22 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Center Street and Park Avenue, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Debra A. Lewis, 50, of 315 N. Columbia St., Warsaw; Jack W. Bumgardner, 59, of 7526 S. Ind. 13, Pierceton. Injury: Bumgardner’s passenger, Henrieth Bumgardner, 53, of 7526 S. Ind. 13, Pierceton, complained of neck pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
n 4:21 p.m. Friday – Intersection of U.S. 30E and Ind. 15N, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Kylee M. Sponseller, 20, of 5028 S. CR 450W, Claypool; Anthony P. Berman, 41, of Ocean Springs, Miss. Injuries: Sponseller suffered fractures and dislocations to her entire body; Berman complained of back pain; Bergman’s passenger, Angela D.
