Bond: $4,500. • 4:49 p.m. Wednesday – Aaron Justin Tackett, 25, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $483.50. • 4:59 p.m. Wednesday – Michael Lee Eppenbaugh, 34, South Bend, arrested for bribery. Bond: $20,250. • 5:10 p.m. Wednesday – Marc Anthony Lindsey, 47, Elkhart, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $25,000. • 8:28 p.m. Wednesday – Steve Brian Long, Jr., 23, of 210 S. Main St., Etna Green, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000. • 2:46 a.m. Thursday – Anthony Wayne Miller, 34, of 111 E. Nicolai, 21, East Hatchery Road, Syracuse. Injuries: Nicolai complained of neck and abdominal pain. Damages: $2,500 to $5000. North Webster Police Department investigated. • 11:56 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of West CR 1350N and North CR850 West, Nappanee. Car hit deer. Driver: Jennifer E. Mason, 37, County Road 3, Wakarusa. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD. • 8:36 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Orthopedic Drive and Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Johnathon E. Mishoe III, 20, South Warbler Lane, Warsaw; William R. Thrasher, 26, South Union Street, Warsaw. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
