Bond: $83. • 1:58 p.m. Tuesday – Jesus Alejandro Gutierrez, 24, of 12543 E. CR 300S, Akron, arrested for probation violation. No bond set. • 3:28 p.m. Tuesday – David Allen Gannon, 49, of 1202 Wooster Road, Lot 88, Winona Lake, arrested on two counts of failure to appear.
