County Jail Bookings
 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 3:31 p.m. Monday – Joseph Shawn Lyles, 18, of 11773 N. Sir Lancelot Lane, Cromwell, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. Bond: $400.
• 3:53 p.m. Monday – James Cory Beougher, 42, Portland, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $2,000.
• 4:16 p.m. Monday – Jeffrey Lee Brewer, 32, of 8280 E. US 30, Lot 52, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $883.50.
• 8:09 p.m. Monday – Joshua Brant Hawthorne, 36, homeless, arrested for theft and probation violation. Bond: $10,500.
• 8:16 p.m. Monday – Joshua Alverna Snyder, 35, of 802 S. State St., Warsaw, Lot 101, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 4:49 p.m. Friday – Intersection of Crystal Lake and Zimmer Roads, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Christopher E. Konkle, 41, Oak Brook Place, Warsaw; Jose L. Reyes, East CR 600N, Mentone. Injuries: Reyes complained of arm pain. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 4:54 p.m. Friday – Intersection of South Detroit and East Market Streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle head-on collision. Drivers: Stephen R. Gilbert, 19, West CR 700S, Mentone; Edgard G. Postigo, 35, Wexford Place, Warsaw. Injuries: A passenger in Postigo’s vehicle, Fernando Ramos, 35, Sharon Street, Warsaw, complained of the wind being knocked out of him, but refused medial attention. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 6:50 p.m. Friday – Intersection of North Ind 15 and West CR 1150N, Milford. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Natasha Ford, 27, West First Street, Milford; Justin Walker, 31, East CR 1150N, Milford Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
• 7:05 p.m. Friday – 756 S. Main St., North Webster. Vehicle hit two parked vehicles registered to Lane M. Miner, 12th Road, Bourbon, and Joyce N. Needler, Belmont Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Teresa J. Wilson, 46, East Street, North Webster. Damages: $10,000 to $25,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 8:26 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of East US 30 and East CR 200S, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Jordan Wadkins, 22, North CR 175E, Warsaw; Jeffrey J. Logsdon, 20, North Tamarack Street, Warsaw. Damages: $1,000 to $25,000. KCSD.
• 7:34 a.m. Monday – Intersection of North Ind 15 and West CR 900N, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jason R. Mast, 27, East CR 300N, Warsaw; Jacob S. Teague, Sprunger Avenue, Fort Wayne Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.
• 12:12 p.m. Monday – 600 N. Colfax St., Warsaw. Vehicle backed into parked vehicle. Driver: Katherine J. Erhart, 59, North Colfax, Apt 105, Warsaw. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
• 1:27 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of South Zimmer Road and West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Alexandria M. Rivera, 17  South CR 300E, Claypool; David J. Lawlor. 60, West CR 200S, Warsaw. Damages: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

• 1:30 p.m. Saturday – An individual reported an attempted burglary in the 3700 block of West Old 30, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:02 p.m. Sunday – A woman contacted KCSD reporting comments made by her soon-to-be ex-husband. KCSD.
• 12:51 p.m. Sunday – An unpaid bill  tab was reported at Hacienda Restaurant. WPD.
• 2:18 p.m. Sunday – A man reported damage to one of the tires on his vehicle in the 12600 block of South Ind. 13, North Manchester. KCSD.
• 3:53 p.m. Sunday – A battery was reported at Pike Lake Park. WPD.
• 5:32 p.m. Sunday – A juvenile female was reported missing in the 1800 block of Sue Avenue, Warsaw. WPD .
• 10:15 p.m. Sunday –  An individual in Syracuse reported an indirect violation of a protective order. KCSD.
• 1:21 p.m. Monday – An officer was dispatched to Crazy Joe’s Fireworks to investigate a theft. KCSD.
• 10:30 p.m. Tuesday – A burglary was reported at Warsaw Coil. WPD.
