n 7:42 a.m. Friday – Kelly Louise Owens, 28, of 3410 W. Ind. 14, Silver Lake, arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.
n 3:17 p.m. Friday – Rodney Allen Ewing, 45, of 1838 E. Inverness Circle, Columbia City, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $2,000.
