• 1:02 p.m. Friday - East Winona Avenue, 230 feet west of South Reed Street, Warsaw. SUV-car collision. Drivers: Richard E. Yoder, 84, East CR 450S, Warsaw; Jacob A. Kratzsch, 19, South Sandal Court, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
• 1:14 p.m. Friday - North Ind. 15, 1,000 feet north of CR 350N, Warsaw. Pickup went off road, into ditch. Driver: Travis S. Klenke, 36, East Sunset Drive, Syracuse. Damage: under $750. Claypool Police Department investigated.

• 10:05 a.m. Friday - A woman in the 300 block of Ulrich Drive, Milford, reported a man came to her residence intoxicated and strangled her, leaving a large contusion on her neck. Milford Police Department investigated.
• 11:45 a.m. Friday - A man in the 4000 block of North Runkle Drive, Warsaw, reported the theft of a tool box, socket set, ratchet wrench set, punch set and breaker bar. Loss: $800. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department investigated.
• 6:19 p.m. Friday - An employee of Warsaw Community Public Library in the 300 block of East Main Street, Warsaw, reported criminal mischief to a window. Damage: $1,000. WPD.
• 8:20 p.m. Friday - A man in the 100 block of EMS T39 Lane, Leesburg, reported the theft of a speaker from a personal watercraft. KCSD.
• 9:23 p.m. Friday - A traffic stop occurred in the 300 block of North Cook Street, Warsaw. The driver was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. WPD.
• 12:13 a.m. Saturday - A traffic stop occurred in the 500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, and the driver was arrested for never having been licensed. WPD.
• 3:50 a.m. Saturday - A dog bite was reported in the 100 block of EMS D18B Lane, Syracuse. KCSD.
• 2:05 p.m. Saturday - A man in the 300 block of West Washington Street, Warsaw, reported the theft of a riding lawn mower. Value: $2,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 12:46 a.m. Sunday - A suspicious person was stopped in the 100 block of North Main Street, Milford. One person was taken into custody on a warrant. MPD.
• 1:21 a.m. Sunday - A traffic stop occurred in the 1800 block of Zimmer Lane, Warsaw. The driver was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. WPD.
• 2:21 a.m. Sunday - A woman reported a domestic battery in the 1200 block of Wooster Road, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
• 3:10 a.m. Sunday - A vehicle was stopped for passing in a no-passing zone in the 7500 block of East CR 150N, Pierceton. The driver was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. KCSD.
• 6:19 a.m. Sunday - A man in the 2200 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw, was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia. WPD.
• 9:25 a.m. Sunday - An employee of the City of Warsaw reported finding two damaged bicycles in the 500 block of South Logan Street, Warsaw. Value: $3,000. WPD.
• 2:24 p.m. Sunday - While officers were serving a warrant on a woman in the 300 block of West Crystal Flash Road, North Webster, she committed the crimes of false informing, escape and resisting law enforcement. NWPD.

• 4:29 p.m. Sunday - A man in the 100 block of East Canal Street, Warsaw, was arrested on a warrant. WPD.
• 6:31 p.m. Sunday - Multiple people were reported making threats to a homeowner in the 100 block of EMS B45 Lane, Leesburg. NWPD.
• 8:54 p.m. Sunday - A woman reported domestic battery in the 300 block of East Madison Street, North Webster. NWPD.
• 10:25 p.m. Sunday - An employee of Walmart in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw, reported the theft of two flashlights, diapers, clothes and other items. Value: $120.55. WPD.
