The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 8:50 a.m. Thursday - William Paul Clutter, 40, of 103 N. Seventh St., Pierceton, arrested on two possession of methamphetamine charges. Bond: $10,500.

• 8:53 a.m. Thursday - Kira Margaret Tuttle, 37, Columbia City, arrested on two possession of methamphetamine charges. Bond: $10,500.

• 10:18 a.m. Thursday - Skyler Lee Dutton, 27, of 714 South Side Drive, Warsaw, arrested on two failure to appear charges. No bond set.

• 10:46 a.m. Thursday - Madeline Joan Islas, 49, of 947 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.

• 3:15 p.m. Thursday - Austin Landon Popenfoose, 21, of 4934 E. Pierceton Road, Pierceton, arrested for false reporting/informing. Bond: $600.

• 6:50 p.m. Thursday - Ian James Evans, 19, of 407 W. Pickwick Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish and on a foreign warrant. No bond set.

• 7:35 p.m. Thursday - Jonathon Cody Stalhandske, 25, Elkhart, arrested for simple assault and strangulation. Bond: $6,000.

• 1:35 a.m. Friday - Joy Elizabeth Miller, 46, of 11743 N. Elm Grove Drive, Syracuse, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:42 a.m. Friday - Corey Eugene Iden, 36, of 10 EMS W29 Lane, North Webster, arrested for resisting law enforcement and on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,000.

• 5:37 a.m. Thursday - 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Car crashed near the automotive area of Walmart. Information could not be obtained from the driver at the time and a witness did not observe the crash. Driver was found on the asphalt. A breath sample was taken and the result was a .201% blood alcohol content. Driver: Samantha S. Brown, 37, Overland, Mo. Injuries: Brown complained of neck pain and was transported to the hospital. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 12:35 p.m. Wednesday - North Ind. 15, 400 feet south of CR 900N, Leesburg. Car hit unoccupied vehicle registered to Traffic Control Specialists Inc., Knox. Driver: Christian A. Jacobs, 25, EMS D17 Lane, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 4:05 p.m. Wednesday - 502 N. Detroit St., Warsaw. Car hit unoccupied vehicle registered to Mariano S. Hernandez, Cardinal Drive, Warsaw. Driver: Tyler K. Irvin, 16, North Lake Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 5:37 p.m. Wednesday - West CR 1350N, 32 feet east of North CR 1050W, Nappanee. Pickup struck implement being pulled by a tractor when trying to pass it. Driver: Ronald D. Anglin, 65, West CR 1050N, Nappanee. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 6:05 am. Thursday - North Ind. 15, 2,700 feet north of West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Kerry L. King, 44, Graceland Avenue, Claypool. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 7:10 a.m. Thursday - East CR 1400N, 2,000 feet west of North Warner Road, Syracuse. Pickup went off road into an embankment to avoid deer. Driver: Darin R. Bemiller, 55, North Seth Ward Road, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 8:54 a.m. Thursday - Fisher Avenue, 150 feet south of Fruitridge Drive, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Kiley J. Seaney, 41, East CR 100S, Silver Lake; Mary K. Carr, 31, Indianapolis. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 9:49 a.m. Thursday - North CR 525, 32 feet north of East CR 200N, Warsaw. SUV hit utility pole. Driver: Marilyn K. Williamson, 77, North CR 525E, Warsaw. Damage: $25,000-$50,000. KCSO.

• 1:43 p.m. Thursday - North CR 1100W, 2,000 feet north of West CR 650N, Etna Green. Driver lost control of van, went into a ditch and hit a fence. Driver: Jarod D. Wyly, 19, Bremen. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 2:28 p.m. Thursday - North Ind. 13, 600 feet north of East Esterbrook Drive, North Webster. Two-car collision. Drivers: Steven P. Coverstone, 64, East Backwater Road, North Webster; Galena S. Stocklin, 46, North Hiawatha Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 2:19 p.m. Wednesday - Invasion of privacy was reported in the 200 block of East State Street, Etna Green. KCSO.

• 10:52 p.m. Wednesday - A person was arrested for possession of paraphernalia in the 300 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:33 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe or needle in the 200 block of North Union Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 4:34 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested for visiting a common nuisance in the 200 block of North Union Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 10:15 p.m. Thursday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 400 block of West Catherine Street, Milford. KCSO.
