• 2:27 p.m. Monday - Brian Lee Slone, 41, of 3417 W. Neher Road, Silver Lake, arrested for probation violation of a felony. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:03 p.m. Monday - Zachary Tyler Chilcutt, 18, of 1804 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to a chemical test. No bond set.
• 5:25 p.m. Monday - Jonathan Travis Mullins, 41, Fort Wayne, arrested on a warrant. No bond set.
• 7:17 p.m. Monday - Alexandre Rios Quinones, 42, of 421 Chamberlin Drive, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.
• 6:48 p.m. Monday - Luz Eleida Colon, 43, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #30, Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass and resisting law enforcement. No bond set.
• 9:52 p.m. Monday - Alexander Dakota Peate, 24, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #69, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery and strangulation. No bond set.
• 10:28 p.m. Monday - Melissa Dawn Miller, 41, of 773 Chapman Lake Drive, #2, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 11:40 p.m. Monday - Jamie Martin Wolfe, 40, of 2510 N. CR 800W, Cromwell, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $700.

• 11:03 a.m. Saturday - South Ind. 15, 125 feet south of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Three-pickup collision. Drivers: Brittany A. Wilhite, 18, North CR 775E, Rochester; Larry R. Carlson, 58, South McClellan Street, Warsaw; Marco A. Hernandez, 35, Jean Street, Winona Lake. Injuries: Carlson complained of neck pain but refused medical treatment; Hernandez complained of back pain but refused medical treatment at the scene; Marco A. Hernandez, 4, Jean Street, Winona Lake, a passenger in Hernandez’s vehicle, complained of head pain and was taken to the hospital by his parents; Romona A. Hernandez, 58, Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, passenger in Hernandez’s vehicle, complained of back pain, but refused medical treatment on the scene. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
