• 11:27 a.m. Friday – Kaytyln Johanna Lodewegon, 23, of 3762 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $600.
• 11:29 a.m. Friday – Willie Dewayne Williams, 35, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $15,250.
• 12:10 p.m. Friday – Shane Michael Ostendorf, 30, of 28 EMS D21B Lane, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $183.50
• 12:13 p.m. Friday – Matthew Michael Morris, 38, Millersburg, arrested for burglary with a deadly weapon. Bond: $25,250.
• 1:37 p.m. Friday – Eduardo De Leon Jr, 48, South Bend, arrested for a driving while classified as a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:51 p.m. Friday – Britney Liana Shatzer, 31, Mishawaka, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance. Bond: $700.
• 3:43 p.m. Friday – Heather Marie Smith, 37, of 2494 N. Grandview Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $410.

• 1:36 a.m. Friday – Intersection of Ind. 13 and CR 800N, North Webster. Car hit deer. Driver: David Moran, 21, Columbia City. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 10:32 a.m. Friday – Intersection of Fisher Avenue and Ranch Road, Warsaw. Drivers: Vincent Stokes, 18, Cedar Park, Texas; Kaylie Krill, 21, Epworth Forest Road, North Webster. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 12:28 p.m. Friday – Intersection of south/north and east/west alleys, North Webster. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Dustin Sieglinger, 33, EMS W30 Lane, North Webster; Marta Wonder, 67, Bloomington. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. NWPD.
