The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 12:22 p.m. Wednesday - Brandy Christine Howard, 37, Lackey, Ky., arrested for forgery. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:11 p.m. Wednesday - Stacy Eileen Lock, 44, of 732 Washington Court, South Whitley, arrested for possession of methamphetamine and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:13 p.m. Wednesday - Justin Riley West, 28, of 618 Oldfather St., Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - felony. No bond set.

• 2:56 p.m. Wednesday - Joe Leroy Gibson, 29, of 7975 E. CR 800S, South Whitley, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. Bond: $450.

• 5:55 p.m. Wednesday - Justin Wayde Siede, 27, of 9752 S. Pheasant Place, Claypool, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $500.

• 6:27 p.m. Wednesday - Kelsey Ilene Wadkins, 28, of 512 W. Shutt Ave., Silver Lake, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated endangering the lives of others. Bond: $700.

• 7:30 p.m. Wednesday - Eugene Thomas Coffelt Jr., 61, of 188 E. CR 1150N, Milford, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 10:35 p.m. Wednesday - Ambrotin Lee Arnold, 41, of 3750 Lake City Hwy., #5, Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement. Bond: $750.

• 3:51 a.m. Thursday - Travis Lynn Cusick, 44, Waterloo, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years, possession of methamphetamines, possession of paraphernalia, theft of a vehicle and false informing/reporting. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:52 a.m. Thursday - Linda Marie Collins, 39, Waterloo, arrested for possession of methamphetamine, possession of paraphernalia and on a warrant. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:07 a.m. Thursday - Hannah Leigh Smith, 29, of 1716 S. West Point Drive, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation - felony. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:27 p.m. Wednesday - Intersection of South Buffalo and East Prairie streets, Warsaw. Pickup-van collision. Drivers: Eathan S. Prater, 16, North Buffalo Street, Burket; Tina L. Bauer, 56, East Old 30, Warsaw. Injury: Bauer complained of knee and lower leg pain. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:46 a.m. Wednesday - Ind. 15, 1,000 feet north of Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: William P. Combs, 59, East Center Street, Warsaw; Michelle E. Shenefield, 27, Deer Trail, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 6:03 p.m. Wednesday - East Old 30, 800 feet west of South CR 450E, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Courtney E. Weikart, 18, East South Barbee Drive, Pierceton; Kyle J. Bruner, 50, North Kings Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.

• 7:51 p.m. Wednesday - 823 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw. Car hit parked car registered to Maria P. Fuentes, East Jefferson Street, Warsaw. Driver: Richard A. Caldwell, 52, North Biomet Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 9:45 a.m. Wednesday - A man caused a disturbance to traffic and resisted law enforcement in the 100 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:31 p.m. Wednesday - A man was arrested for resisting law enforcement in the 500 block of Anchorage Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 1:39 a.m. Thursday - In the 3100 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, a man was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia, driving while suspended with a prior and on an active Dekalb County warrant; a woman was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia and on an active Dekalb County warrant. • 6:03 a.m. Thursday - A person was arrested on a warrant for probation violation in the 1700 block of South West Point Drive, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:27 a.m. Thursday - A woman reported someone made a copy of her vehicle key and broke into her vehicle in the 600 block of North Eighth Trail, North Webster. A vehicle jack, jumper cables and gas can were taken. Value: $55. KCSO.
