• 2:33 p.m. Monday - Tyson James Montague, 28, of 1122 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:48 p.m. Monday - Alan Jay Gottschalk, 55, of 205A Kelly St., Winona Lake, arrested for false informing/reporting. Bond: $600.
• 2:54 p.m. Monday - Titus Tyrerse Mundy, 20, Inkster, Mich., arrested on a warrant. No bond set.
• 4:24 p.m. Monday - Matthew Shawn Miller, 33, of 8672 S. CR 600W, Claypool, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. Bond: $450.
• 5:10 p.m. Monday - Joshua Talbot Peace, 45, of 4330 N. Old 15, #28, Warsaw, arrested on a warrant. No bond set.
• 5:39 p.m. Monday - Cameron David Bates, 22, of 306 15th St., Winona Lake, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
• 6:47 p.m. Monday - Erica Jill Weisser, 37, of 428 EMS D15 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for counterfeiting. Bond: $10,250.
• 7:36 p.m. Monday - Brian Lloyd Stump, 45, of 775 S. CR 600E, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $500.
• 10:22 p.m. Monday - Hector Hinojosa Jr., 48, of 321 S. High St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal trespass. Bond: $500.
• 10:34 p.m. Monday - Aunthony Dornay Henley, 24, of 3208 Heron Blvd., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. Bond: $450.
• 3:21 a.m. Tuesday - Marcus Anthony Hinkle, 18, of 2570 Belmont Drive, Warsaw, arrested for minor possession of alcohol. Bond: $450.
• 7:22 a.m. Tuesday - Erik Adair Bautista, 26, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #207, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $437.

• 5:10 a.m. Tuesday - West CR 100N, 1,000 feet east of North CR 650W, Atwood. SUV hit deer. Driver: Rebecca S. McLaughlin, 38, West Harrison Street, Mentone. Injury: McLaughlin complained of head and neck pain and was taken to Parkview Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
