 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
n 12:32 p.m. Tuesday – Justin Michael Vanlue, 27, of 705 S. Kinder Drive, Syracuse, arrested for burglary. No bond set.
n 5:20 p.m. Tuesday – William Fredrick McMahan, 50, Syracuse, arrested for  manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine. No bond set.

n 6:36 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Ind. 15 and CR 350S, Warsaw. SUV left road. Driver: Elizabeth I. Kennedy, 51, CR 600W, Claypool. Injury: Kennedy complained of minor bleeding, pain in arm. Damage: $10,000–$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

n 5:47 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Ranch Road and Ind. 15. A car driven by Nathan J. Farber, 29, North Henry Street, Milford, was struck by a pickup that left the scene. Damage: $1,000–$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
