Bond: $350. n 7:02 p.m. Friday – Ralph Oden Cowing, 36, Fort Wayne, arrested for theft and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $2,000. Property Damage Accident n 6:57 a.m. Friday – Intersection of East CR 450N and EMS 29, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Michael J. Murphy, 34, CR 650E, North Webster. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000.
