• 6:07 p.m. Friday – Eugene F. Tofanelli, 28, of 3757 North CR 900W, #109, Cromwell, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. No bond.
• 11:22 p.m. Friday – Shana Elizabeth Hunziker, 25, of 8985 E. Hatchery Road, Syracuse, arrested for possession of meth, two counts of possession of a syringe for a legend drug, possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor and two counts of possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $17,500.
• 1:13 a.m. Saturday – Dollie Korinne Bumgardner, 20, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $3,375.
• 2:55 p.m. Saturday – Todd Lee Dickey, 48, of 1607 Dot St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.
• 8:24 p.m. Saturday – Jacob Paul Barry, 18, Osceola, arrested for operator never licensed. Bond. $600.
• 9:24 p.m. Saturday – Hunter Andrew Plikerd, 18, 10862 N. Webster Road, Syracuse, arrested for battery causing bodily injury. Bond: $600.
• 5:27 a.m. Sunday – Randy Walgamuth, 57, homeless in Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass and intimidation of law enforcement. Bond: $5,200.
• 10:59 a.m. Sunday – Cassandra E. Cantrell, 40, of 68471 N. Main St., New Paris, arrested for two counts of failure to appear and one count of probation violation. Bond: $546.
• 1:10 p.m. Sunday – John Michael Arthur, 30, of 6704B Kalorama Road, Leesburg, arrested for failure to appear, probation violation, possession of marijuana, possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia and a bond revocation. Bond: $6,250.
• 1:09 p.m. Sunday, Gabriel Samuel Rhodes, 22, of 410 W. First St., Milford, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:20 p.m. Sunday – Jason Robert Halfacre, 43, of 2441 West CR 250S, #122, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear and possession of meth. Bond: $5,729.
• 9:36 p.m. Sunday – Brittany Dee Voltz, 31, Winamac, arrested for possession of a narcotic and possession of a syringe for legend drug. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:13 a.m. today – Charles Edward Braun, 32, Winamac, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of a narcotic and possession of a syringe for legend drug. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:40 a.m. today – Bryan Joseph Titus, 33, of 223 W. Jefferson ST., #7, Warsaw, arrested for check fraud. Bond: $500.
Personal Injury Accident
5:53 p.m. Friday - CR 900W, south of West CR 700N, one-car accident. Vehicle struck tree. Driver: Jeremy A. Hartzell, 35, East Van Buren St., Nappanee. Injuries: Hartzell died at the scene. A passenger, Nicholas Pelc, 25, of Brooks Drive, Nappanee, was taken to a hospital with unknown injuries. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
