Washington St., Warsaw; Emily Hemmer, 38, of 10431 S. CR 200W, Silver Lake. Injuries: Hemmer complained of shoulder pain. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated. - 10:05 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of North Lake Street and Hartzler Drive. Motorcycle slid. Driver: Denzil King, 27, of 201 W. Walnut St., Mentone. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Geneal Mellott, 74, of 619 W. Winona Avenue, Warsaw; Melvin Connelly, 62, of 951 E. Clark St., Warsaw. Injuries.
