• 8:55 a.m. Wednesday - Branden Michael Collins, 33, of 1762 W. CR 700N, Leesburg, arrested for probation violation - felony and criminal possession of a synthetic drug or lookalike drug. Bond: $2,900.
• 1:49 p.m. Wednesday - Jesse James Burke, 26, Mishawaka, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. No bond set.
• 2:05 p.m. Wednesday - Anthony Brent Williams, 54, Mishawaka, arrested for burglary. Bond: $12,500.
• 2:09 p.m. Wednesday - Adam Michael Karr, 22, of 920 Anchorage Road, #79, Warsaw, arrested on four counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $1,628.
• 3:03 p.m. Wednesday - Sydney Ann Miller, 27, of 6378 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. No bond set.
• 3:19 p.m. Wednesday - Matthew Christopher Collins, 42, of 9895 S. Heron Road, Claypool, arrested for dealing cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bond: $20,250.
• 4 p.m. Wednesday - Christopher Lee Dean, 28, Peru, Ind., arrested on seven counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $2,162.
• 4:53 p.m. Wednesday - Tyler Adam Prestin, 28, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, no lot lised, Warsaw, arrested for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:11 p.m. Wednesday - Ryan John Baldwin, 34, of 1049 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $400.
• 7:18 p.m. Wednesday - Amanda Kathleen Dotson, 37, of 810 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - felony. No bond set.
• 12:18 a.m. today - Philip Daniel Damewood, 35, of 400 S. Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 12:44 a.m. today - Darian Leigh Green, 22, of 545 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior suspension within the last five years. Bond: $450.
Personal Injury Accident
• 7:26 a.m. Wednesday - East CR 500N, 250 feet east of EMS T14 Lane, North Webster. Car went off road and hit a NIPSCO utility pole and then rolled over. Driver: Landon L. Cox, 18, East Epworth Forest Road, North Webster. Injury: Cox complained of pain to the face and was taken by a private vehicle to be medically examined. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 6 a.m. Tuesday - Intersection of South Ind. 19 and West CR 250N, Etna Green. Car hit deer. Driver: Allyson R. Kring, 26, West State Street, Etna Green. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 11:38 p.m. Tuesday - East McKenna Road, 1,000 feet east of North CR 475E, Warsaw. SUV went off the road and hit a Kosciusko REMC utility pole. Driver: Unknown; fled the scene. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSO.
• 6:12 a.m. Wednesday - West Ind. 25, 500 feet west of South CR 700W, Mentone. Car hit deer. Driver: Melissa R. Burns, 41, West CR 300N, Etna Green. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.
• 6:30 a.m. Wednesday - South Ind. 15, 800 feet north of West CR 900S, Silver Lake. SUV hit deer. Driver: Lucy R. Broadley, 57, Macy. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.
• 3:16 p.m. Wednesday - 534 W. CR 300N, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Morgan E. Conn, 19, North Long Drive, Syracuse; Todd A. Shenefield, 52, West Clearwater Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
Incidents
• 8:43 p.m. Tuesday - A person was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, driving while suspended with a prior and on pending charges for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated in the 100 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.
• 4:39 p.m. Wednesday - A traffic stop occurred in the 300 block of North Zimmer Road, Warsaw, and a person was arrested for possession of cocaine or a narcotic drug. WPD.
• 11:22 p.m. Wednesday - A death was investigated in the 200 block of Church Hill Downs Drive, Warsaw. WPD.
