Bond: $25,000. - 10:15 a.m. Tuesday – Porfirio Lagos, 30, Fort Wayne, arrested for carrying or possessing a handgun without a license. Bond: $10,000. - 10:32 a.m. Tuesday – Samuel Effrien Alvarez, 33, of 1822 Cresent Drive, Warsaw, arrested for public intoxication, failure to appear in court and an outstanding warrant. Bond: $6,550. - 11:05 p.m. Tuesday – Javier Herrera, 46, of Rolling Prairie, arrested for driving while intoxicated. Bond: $750.
Personal Injury Accident - 3:36 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Ind. 15 N. and Petro Drive, Wasrsaw. Two car collision. Drivers: Tobie Blalock, 90, of 3803 S. CR 950W, Mentone, and Jessie McKinley, 32, of 205 Western Drive, Winona Lake. Injuries: Blalock complained of leg pain. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
Property Damage Accident - 8:08 a.m. Tuesday – 3605 Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Paullette Sauders, 69, of 1798 S. Packerton Road, Warsaw, struck a vehicle registered to John Paseka, 1213 E. Market St., Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
