Bond: $10,000. n 1:54 p.m. Friday – Anthony Wayne Gabbard, 23, of 442 Cadillac Road, Ligonier, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $500. n 6:12 p.m. Friday – Mitchell Ray Hunsberger, 50, of 1133 S. CR 675W, Warsaw, arrested for criminal conversion. No bond set. Personal Injury Accident n 6:41 a.m. Friday – CR 450N, 650 feet west of CR 250E, Warsaw. Car hit pothole and struck a utility pole. Driver: Brian L. Bradley, 33, Washington Street, North Webster. Injuries: Bradley complained of knee, lower leg and foot pain. Bradley was transported to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
