Center St., Warsaw, arrested for maintaining a common nuisance, possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Bond: $2,000. • 11:53 a.m. Friday – Joe W. Jennings, 65, South Bend, arrested for possession of marijuana and visiting a common nuisance. Bond: $450. • 3:19 p.m. Friday – Madison McKenzie Jones, 18, of 301 Ulrich Drive, Milford, arrested for battery of a child less than 14. Bond: $1,000. • 4:47 p.m. Friday – Austin Anthony Stewart, 18, of 9340 E. Crooked Mile Road, Cromwell, arrested for driving while suspended.
Personal Injury Accidents • 10:18 a.m. Friday – Intersection of CRs East 350N and North 100E, Warsaw. Two-vehicle rear-end collision. Drivers: Justine L. Davis, 22, West CR 125N, Etna Green; Tina B. Mevis, 43, East CR 400N, Warsaw. Injuries: Mevis complained of neck pain. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. • 2:54 p.m. Friday – Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jarrod T. Feldman, 19, Legacy Lane, Winona Lake; Kelly I. Morgan, 37, Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Injuries: A passenger in Morgan’s vehicle, Marry B. Morgan, 18, Eastbrook Street, Warsaw, was loading items into the vehicle when the collision occurred and the force pushed the vehicle into her shins. Damages: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
