 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail. 
• 9:32 a.m. Thursday – Henry Ray Kidd, 23, of 501 E. CR 1300N, Milford, arrested for fraud. Bond: $6,000.
• 10:40 a.m. Thursday – Brent Anthony Odom, 54, Indianapolis, arrested for fraud. No bond set.
• 12:06 p.m. Thursday – Monica Kimberly Enochs, 42, Sullivan, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $400.
• 2:24 p.m. Thursday – Sterling Ray Templeton, 36, of 453 Main St., Nappanee, arrested for possession of a narcotic. No bond set.
• 6:40 p.m. Thursday – Joshua James Crawford, 22, of 304 N. Elm St., Silver Lake, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $1,000. 
• 1:25 a.m. today – Daniel Lee Floyd, 60, of 212 Union St., #C, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct – fight and battery with bodily injury. Bond: $5,250. 
• 2:06 a.m. today – Jacob Andrew Slone, 19, of 1296 N. Copeland St., Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $500.

• 8:12 a.m. Thursday – 1 Tiger Lane, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Halie Fancil, 16, CR 1300S, Silver Lake; Brooke Lane, 17, Widaman Street, Winona Lake. Damage: $750 to $1,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated. 
• 12:37 p.m. Thursday – 2211 E. Center St., Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Katie Dilley, 30, Chestnut Avenue, Winona Lake; Mary Mulliet, 43, CR 700N, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD. 
• 6:56 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 14 and South Bouse Drive,?Silver Lake. Car hit deer. Driver: Melissa Sears, 41, Northwood Drive, Akron. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Silver Lake Police Department investigated.

• 8:49 a.m. Thursday – Police responded to a report of a threat in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:04 a.m. Thursday – Police responded to a report of a deceased individual in the 4800 block of East Armstrong Road, Leesburg. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 1:43 a.m. today – Police responded to a fight in progress in the 200 block of South Union Street, Warsaw. WPD.
