• 9:38 p.m. Tuesday - Kelly S. Crawley, 56, of 8707 E. Hatchery Road, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and possession of marijuana/hash oil/hashish. Bond: $700.

Injury: Crawley complained of head pain. Driver admitted to consuming alcohol prior to the accident and smoking marijuana earlier in the day. Damage: $5,000-$10,000.
