• 12:43 a.m. Tuesday – Alexander Quentin Alcala, 22, of 120 N. Bronson St., Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement with the use of a vehicle, reckless driving, driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content of 0.08 to 0.15. Bond: $5,250.

• 3:02 a.m. Tuesday – Marcus Deunte Brooks, 34, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 10:15 a.m. Tuesday – Trina Lynn Hamrick, 41, Bluffton, arrested for check deception. Bond: $675.

• 4:16 p.m. Tuesday – Constance Jones, 45, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, #8, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $400.

• 6:26 p.m. Saturday – A heroin overdose was investigated in the 400 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 7:09 p.m. Saturday –An invasion of privacy was reported in the 200 block of East State Street, Etna Green. KCSD.

• 7:23 p.m. Saturday – A woman in the 2500 block of East Center Street, Warsaw, reported a lost or stolen wallet containing money, credit/debit cards and her driver’s license. Value: $80. WPD.

• 1:56 p.m. Sunday – Damage to vehicles was reported in the 100 block of Ind. 13 near Old 30, Pierceton. No damage estimate provided. KCSD.

• 2:15 a.m. Monday – A juvenile runaway was reported from the 1600 block of Ranch Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 11:12 a.m. Monday – A person in the 3500 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw, was admitted under a 24-hour involuntary detention due to suicidal statements. WPD.

• 4:12 p.m. Monday – An employee of New Market in the 300 block of South Main Street, North Webster, reported a person walked out of the store without paying for several packages of meat. Value: $50. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 5:49 p.m. Monday – An employee of Meijer in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw, reported the theft of computer hardware/software. Value: $69.99. WPD.
