Bond: $2,000. • 12:45 p.m. Friday – Olivia Morgan Gerber, 23, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for refusal to submit to a chemical test and failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $550. • 4:54 p.m. Friday – Brandon William Adkins, 30, Plymouth, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $4,000. • 5:01 p.m. Friday – Jamie Cristina Rice, 35, of 3060 Old Colony Road, Warsaw, arrested for throwing burning material from a moving vehicle. Bond: $143. • 6:27 p.m. Friday – Jack Reice Byrer, 23, of 920 Anchorage Road, #43, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a synthetic drug. No bond set. • 8:01 p.m. Friday – Ronald Wayne Redden, 58, of 601 Charles St., Winona Lake, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $300.
Property Damage Accident • 10:54 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of CRs East 500N and North 750E, North Webster. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Sasha D. Somers, 26, EMS W30 Lane, North Webster; Phillip J. Moore, 65, West CR 200N, Warsaw. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. North Webster Police Department investigated.
Incident • 4:04 p.m. Friday – Damage to a mailbox was reported in the 300 block of Catherine Street, Milford. Milford Police Department investigated.
