• 9:49 a.m. Monday - Timothy Alan Elliott, 34, of 8290 N. Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse, arrested for dealing cocaine or a narcotic drug. No bond listed.

• 11:21 a.m. Monday - Christopher Lee Langley, 37, Plymouth, arrested for failure to appear - felony. Bond: $808.

• 3:53 p.m. Monday - Joe Angel Rodriguez, 28, of 102 N. Main St., Sidney, arrested on two counts of failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $809.49.

• 8:13 p.m. Monday - Robert Scott Yerkes, 23, of 511 E. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ever obtaining a license. Bond: $500.

• 2:27 a.m. today - Ashlee Nicole Russell, 23, of 730 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear - misdemeanor. Bond: $285.

• 7:50 p.m. Saturday - East U.S. 30, 2,500 feet east of East Van Ness Road, Pierceton. Car went off road and into an embankment. Driver: Brianna L. Shaub, 21, Portland. Injury: Shaub complained of head pain but refused medical attention. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.

• 10:29 p.m. Friday - South Ind. 19, 350 feet south of West CR 100S, Bourbon. Van went off road and into ditch, flipping on its top. Driver: Shandi M. Green, 30, North Morgan Street, Mentone. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 11:23 p.m. Friday - 1005 Kings Hwy., Winona Lake. Car hit curb. Driver: Lleyton M. Brainard, 18, South CR 675W, Silver Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Winona Lake Police Department investigated.

• 7 a.m. Saturday - Intersection of East Armstrong Road and North CR 200E, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Rugelio A. Sustaita, 65, Leo. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 10:22 a.m. Saturday - Intersection of South Packerton Road and East Sara Drive, Winona Lake. SUV-van collision. Drivers: Blake A. Burns, 16, North Lake Placid Drive, Warsaw; Robert D. Myers, 80, East CR 225S, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WLPD.

• 8:23 p.m. Saturday - Park Avenue, 200 feet south of King’s Highway, Winona Lake. Car went off road, hit a curb and went onto a sidewalk. Driver: Aranza I. Torres Peralta, 20, South Bend. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WLPD.

• 9:50 p.m. Saturday - 12889 N. Kern Road, Syracuse. Pickup hit parked car registered to Connie Z. Byrket, East King Arthur Trail, Cromwell. Driver: Charles Rotenberger, 59, Turtle Bay Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $750-$1,000. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 7:55 a.m. Sunday - South Ind. 15, 3,600 feet north of West CR 550S, Claypool. SUV hit deer. Driver: Lonnie D. Neal, 55, Spring Hill, Tenn. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WLPD.

• 5:51 a.m. Monday - Turkey Creek Drive, 200 feet south of South Higbee Street, Milford. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Skylor C. Piersall, 21, South Higbee Street, Milford; Maria Martinez-Ramos, 31, Sue Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSO.

• 6:30 a.m. Monday - East CR 1300N, 2,000 feet east of North CR 175E, Milford. Unknown vehicle hit car, forcing it into a ditch and into a barbed wire fence belonging to William L. Tucker, East CR 1300N, Milford; the unknown vehicle fled the scene. Driver remaining: Charles E. Nyers, 38, South Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSO.

• 6:31 a.m. Monday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and Jalynn Street, Warsaw. Car hit middle guard rail and slid up and onto the guard rail. Driver: Paul J. Pegues, 56, North Ind. 15, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 11:31 a.m. Monday - Freedom Parkway, 250 feet south of Liberty Drive, Winona Lake. Town of Winona Lake pickup hit parked pickup registered to TL Jackson Construction, North Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse. Driver: Nikola Blazic, 27, 13th Street, Winona Lake. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WLPD.

• 8 p.m. Monday - 780 N. Colfax St., Warsaw. Pickup hit parked SUV registered to Ysabel Lozano, North Colfax Street, Warsaw. Driver: Timothy A. Secrist, 47, East Old 30, Pierceton. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
