The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 2:53 p.m. Sunday - Cameron T. Coplin, 25, of 9601 N. Sandpoint Drive, Cromwell, arrested for strangulation. Bond: $2,750.
• 5:10 p.m. Sunday - Luis H. Arizmendi, 53, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #75, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while being a habitual traffic violator, operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior OWI conviction and possession of cocaine or narcotic drugs. Bond: $5,250.
• 8:10 p.m. Sunday - Christine R. King, 48, of 4492 N. Sullivan Road, Leesburg, arrested for possession of methamphetamine. Bond: $5,250.
• 8:23 p.m. Sunday - Brandon D. Hoskins, 25, of 601 Alward St., Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage crash and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with a prior OWI conviction. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:14 a.m. Monday - Eduardo D. Llamas, 18, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #196, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and dealing marijuana. Bond: $700.
