The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 3:34 p.m. Thursday – Eric Travis Estep, 36, of 405 S. Line St., South Whitley, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $300.

• 4:30 p.m. Thursday – Victor D. Fenner, 45, Chicago, Ill., arrested for corrupt business influence. No bond set.

• 6:34 p.m. Thursday – Amado Flores Jr., 41, of 6667 E. Lake St., Syracuse, arrested for driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content equal or greater than .15. Bond: $700.

• 7:16 p.m. Thursday – Misty Ann Kern, 37, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Lot 120, Warsaw, arrested on four counts of failure to appear. Bond: $1,266.96.

• 1:48 a.m. today – Seth Aaron Carl Allen, 28, of 201 W. Section St., Claypool, arrested for possession of meth, dealing meth and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $10,250.

• 4:21 a.m. today – Joseph Edward Horacek, 34, of 8732 E. Wesley Lane, North Webster, arrested for driving while intoxicated with a BAC equal or greater than .15. Bond: $700.

• 4:33 a.m. today – James Michael Heath, 27, of 5188 N. CR 475E, Leesburg, arrested for failure to stop after an accident and driving while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 3:24 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of North Lake and West Main streets, Warsaw. Car hit pedestrian. Driver: Jennifer L. Deming, 43, South Hunters Ridge, Warsaw. Injuries: The pedestrian, Sokun Seraypheap, 8 Square Road, Warsaw, had general complaint of pain and was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital. Damage: Under $750. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:57 p.m. Thursday – West CR 100N, 1,000 feet west of North Parks Schram Road, Warsaw. Car went off road and struck a NIPSCO utility pole. Driver: Jeremy L. Morgan, 36, Maye Street, Warsaw. Injuries: Morgan complained of pain to his left arm and chest and rib areas. He was taken to Parkview Hospital, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 6:44 a.m. Wednesday – North CR 500W, 32 feet south of West CR 400N, Atwood. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Leonard A. Overholt, 35, West CR 300N, Etna Green. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 2:17 p.m. Wednesday – 1250 Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Van-car collision. Drivers: Kenneth A. Cretcher, 58, Ind. 10, Bourbon; Shawn E. Shepherd, 18, Anchorage Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 3:39 p.m. Wednesday – South Packerton Road, 5 feet north of East Ind. 14, Silver Lake. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Andrew A. Miller, 40, Groff Avenue, North Manchester; Kenneth E. Kania, 59, North Heckathorn Drive, North Manchester. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 5:02 p.m. Wednesday – 1695 W. Lake St., Warsaw. Bucket truck boom arm collided with a Wilby’s light post and pushed it back, bending the metal post. Driver: Crist A. Helmuth, 41, Goshen. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 8:09 p.m. Wednesday – 10349 N. Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse. SUV backed into SUV. Drivers: Gwynne E. Santiago Kramer, 59, North Elm Grove Drive, Syracuse; Monica M. Lambright, 61, North Turkey Creek Road, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 5:51 a.m. Thursday – North Ind. 15, 5,000 feet south of West CR 600N, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Jordon R. Renz, 26, West U.S. 30, Larwill. Damage: $750-$1,000. KCSD.

• 1:59 p.m. Thursday – North Ind. 13, 32 feet south of East CR 500N, North Webster. Two-car collision. Drivers: Emily I. Nusbaum, 20, East Nordman Drive, Syracuse; Margaret E. Karst, 72, North CR 925E, Pierceton. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. KCSD.

• 12:45 p.m. Wednesday – A burglary of a residence was reported in the 200 block of North James Street, Milford. Items taken included clothes, recordings, computer hardware and software, cash, tools and perfume. Loss: $2,005. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 8:24 p.m. Wednesday – A man reported a lost license plate in the 100 block of South Main Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• 8:35 p.m. Wednesday – A woman in the 1500 block of East Winona Avenue was taken to the Bowen Center. WPD.

• 5:19 a.m. Thursday – A woman reported a vehicle drove through her yard, did doughnuts and damaged her yard in the 3400 block of South CR 400E, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 10:13 a.m. Thursday – A man reported a fraud in the 1600 block of East Augusta Lane, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 11:49 a.m. Thursday – Unidentified property was found in the 300 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 3:55 p.m. Thursday – A woman reported fraud to her personal checking account in the 100 block of EMS D22B Lane, Syracuse. KCSD.

• 4:14 p.m. Thursday – A woman reported a violation of a protective order in the 1400 block of East Dove Lane, Milford. KCSD.

• 6:36 p.m. Thursday – A man in the 100 block of EMS B40 Lane, Leesburg, reported a burglary to a residence. Items stolen included a television, laptop, firearms and jewelry. Value: $1,800. KCSD.

• 4:21 p.m. today – Police responded to a natural death in the 1600 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. WPD.
