No bond set. • 5:49 p.m. Monday – Larry Duane Potts, 36, of 496 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for auto theft and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $5,250. • 12:32 a.m. today – Dennis Wayne Johnson, 25, of 108 S. Columbia?St., Silver Lake, arrested on two counts of resisting law enforcement, refusal to submit to a chemical test, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, and intimation. Bond: $5,250.

Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. • 3:05 a.m. Sunday – Intersection of CR 625W and West Summy Road, Leesburg. Car hit deer. Incidents • 11:03 a.m. Sunday – A resident reported the theft of money from a vehicle in the 1100 block of Park Ridge Drive, Warsaw.
