• 5:33 p.m. Sunday - Amber Rose Booher, 33, of 6838 E. CR 600N, North Webster, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $698.
• 7:51 p.m. Sunday - Richard Lee Rodgers, 70, of 711 W. North St., Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:17 a.m. Monday - John Beuford Salmons, 60, of 4980 E. CR 900S, Sidney, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. No bond listed.
• 4:12 p.m. Monday - John George McGuire, 18, of 2715 E. Lake Tahoe Trail, Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery. Bond: $500.
• 1:47 a.m. Tuesday - Paula Michelle Henson, 40, of 1101 N. Thayer St., #3, Bourbon, arrested for disorderly conduct and misdemeanor battery. Bond: $600.
• 5:15 p.m. Tuesday - Gregory Wayne Watkins Jr., 33, of 407B N. Market St., North Manchester, arrested on a warrant. Bond: $1,725.
• 10:18 p.m. Tuesday - Mary Catherine Ousley, 41, of 1101B E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, arrested for misdemeanor battery resulting in bodily injury. Bond: $600.

• 5:59 p.m. Sunday - North Ind. 13, 200 feet south of East CR 150N, Pierceton. SUV hit deer. Driver: Keith A. Russell, 52, East CR 1000N, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 6:47 p.m. Tuesday - North Ind. 15, 40 feet south of Plaza Drive, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Asia L. Miotto, 23, East CR 225S, Winona Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
Incidents
• 3:45 p.m. Friday - A burglary was reported in the 500 block of Ross Avenue, Warsaw. Taken were a wallet, money, identity documents and credit/debit cards. Value: $295. WPD.
• 6:57 a.m. Sunday - A vehicle was found in a field in the 400 block of East CR 1050N, Syracuse, and the driver was arrested for drug possession and on warrants. KCSD.
• 10:22 p.m. Sunday - A civil matter was reported in the lobby of the Kosciusko County Jail in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. KCSD.
• 12:23 a.m. Monday - A traffic stop occurred in the 100 block of South Ind. 25, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:32 a.m. Monday - An employee of American Legion in the 300 block of North Buffalo Street, Warsaw, reported a burglary. Damage: $100. WPD.
• 1:59 p.m. Monday - A woman went for a walk and never returned in the 800 block of South Union Street, Warsaw, and was reported as missing. WPD.
• 6 p.m. Monday - An employee of Kohl’s in the 500 block of West CR 300N, Warsaw, reported the theft of shoes, a ball cap and a sock hat. Value: $130. WPD.
• 5:59 a.m. Tuesday - Battery was reported in the 400 block of Sophie Lane, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:01 a.m. Tuesday - Criminal mischief was reported in the 3700 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Damage: $100. WPD.
• 10:21 p.m. Tuesday - Battery was reported in the 1100 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
