Personal Injury Accident • 12:31 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of CRs North 950W and West 1350N, Nappanee. Driver ran off of the road and collided with a tree. Driver: Nicholas I. Leighton, 26, Elkhart. Injuries: Leighton fractured his hip and upper leg. Damages: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
