• 11:11 a.m. Thursday - Blake O. Stahl, 20, of 1106 Grant St., South Whitley, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension. Bond: $450.
• 4:12 p.m. Thursday - Killian Chase Hilliard, 27, of 506 W. Main St., Mentone, arrested for domestic battery in the presence of a child less than 16. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:34 a.m. Friday - Jeremey Steven Young, 43, of 208 N. High St., Silver Lake, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond set.
• 9:50 a.m. Friday - Salvador Silvestre Argumedo, 28, of 920 Anchorage Road, #94, Warsaw, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while suspended with a prior suspension and operating a vehicle without financial responsibility. Bond: $450.
• 10:26 a.m. Friday - Nathan Marque Smith, 34, Fort Wayne, arrested for misdemeanor failure to appear. No bond listed.
• 11:48 a.m. Friday - Travis Neil Sorensen, 35, of 520 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $500.

• 3:29 a.m. Wednesday - East Epworth Forest Road, 900 feet west of North CR 975E, North Webster. Car left road and hit a tree. Driver: Victor J. Waikel, 21, North Perry Drive, Milford. Injuries: Waikel had minor bleeding to the face; Ricardo L. Garcia, 36, East Sumac Lane, North Webster, was pronounced dead at the scene. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office investigated.
