• 1:28 p.m. Thursday – Russell Edward Wishin, 32, Fort Wayne, arrested for a warrant in a civil matter. No bond listed.
• 1:37 p.m. Thursday – Jory Lee Harrold, 35, of 706 N. Harris St., Bourbon, arrested for residential entry. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:49 p.m. Thursday – Dwayne Allen Cooper, 31, of 411 S. East St., North Webster, arrested for counterfeiting. Bond: $2,500.
• 3:51 p.m. Thursday – Samantha Lynn Lackey, 19, Goshen, arrested on three counts of failure to appear. Bond: $483.
• 7:01 p.m. Thursday – Timothy Joseph Arndt II, 28, of 509 Prairie St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $539.
• 8:26 p.m. Thursday – Jacob Ross Suber, 22, of 229 E. CR 1150N, Milford, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $213.50.
• 2:55 a.m. today – Kane Loth, 29, Elkhart, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:47 p.m. Wednesday – East CR 500N, East of North Ind. 13, near North Webster. Vehicle-pedestrian accident. Driver: Deana J. Pancake, 51, East CR 500N, North Webster. Pedestrian: Page A Kalp, 32, EMS W17 Lane, North Webster. Injuries: Kalp complained of pain to his leg, but declined medical attention. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
