• 10:53 a.m. Wednesday - Eric Michael Cartwright, 31, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #24, Pierceton, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $10,500.
• 12:59 p.m. Wednesday - Bethany Ann Moore, 29, of 306 S. Franklin St., Mentone, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $222.
• 3:33 p.m. Wednesday - Taylor Ann LeMaster, 26, of 929 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested on four counts of failure to appear. Bond: $1,766.50.
• 6:08 p.m. Wednesday - Justin Zachary Babendrager, 24, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear - felony. Bond: $596.
• 6:11 p.m. Wednesday - Arnold Arnell Frantz, 35, of 1103 N. Santorini Drive, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $10,250.
• 6:33 p.m. Wednesday - Michael George McGuire, 53, of 2715 E. Lake Tahoe Trail, Warsaw, arrested for leaving the scene of a crash with property damage and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 7:55 p.m. Wednesday - Timothy Lewis Trump, 24, Detroit Street, Warsaw, arrested for battery - misdemeanor. Bond: $600.
• 10:10 p.m. Wednesday - Marcella Jane Dillon, 58, of 3019 W. Hill Lake Road, Claypool, arrested for battery committed with a deadly weapon - felony. Bond: $5,250.
• 12:02 a.m. today - Jeromie Lee Bright, 38, of 804 N. Mill St., Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended with a prior. Bond: $450.
Property Damage Accidents
• 2:05 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of South Lincoln and East Jefferson streets, Warsaw. Two-pickup collision. Drivers: Darrell W. Ooley, 42, East Washington Street, Syracuse; Cecil Clem, 56, Green Hill Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 2:45 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of Ind. 15 and West CR 350N, Warsaw. Pickup-car collision. Drivers: James L. Gill, 60, Brookston; Stephen M. Nast, 25, East CR 225S, Winona Lake. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.
• 5:06 p.m. Tuesday - Intersection of North Ind. 19 and West CR 1050N, Nappanee. Horse and buggy turned into passing car. Drivers: Lydia J. Miller, no age listed, West CR 900N, Nappanee; Donna L. Marshall, 59, Elwood. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 3:39 p.m. Tuesday - A motorcycle was found in the 5600 block of East CR 500N, Leesburg. KCSD.
• Midnight Wednesday - A person threatening and/or attempting suicide was reported in the 700 block of Wexford Place, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:01 p.m. Wednesday - Criminal mischief to four vehicle tires was reported in the 500 block of Clinic Court, Warsaw. Damage: $450. WPD.
• 3:55 a.m. today - A person was arrested in the 4200 block of North Ind. 15, Warsaw, for driving while suspended with a prior. WPD.
